Each of the player ships have gained and lost weapons, drones, and systems with the change to Captain's Edition. The Captain's Edition loadouts show off some of the new features in the mod, as well as create a tougher challenge; these loadouts can be reverted back to their originals with an additional (optional) mod, CE Vanilla Player Ship Loadouts.
